       The efforts of Mr. Trevor Hinds ( From Victoria, B.C. Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) to Hide all information regarding the alleged privacy breach and spreading of wrong information to the public. He filed an emergency petition to take access to my domain and website. This petition from the Supreme Court of British Columbia Victoria Court Registry Civil General issued the court order to Wix and Google Canada giving access to Mr. Trevor Hinds to my registered domain.       Mr. Trevor Hinds from Victoria B.C. (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) filed this petition without notifying me nor giving me a copy of the court order deciding over access to @cadencehealthcenter.com. Mr. Trevor Hinds directly forwarded the court order to Wix and Google. I was not informed that there was a court order served to Wix asking them to give all access to my domain.         All of the employees of Cadence Health Center were given their 2 weeks' notice of termination of employment. AMMC is still operating Cadence Health Center and Ms. Surya Qarin is working on-site. Please click here for a copy of the Termination Letter.

       I was made aware of the court order after Wix has shown me a copy of the order.  The order was filed with no notice to the respondent, the court order was issued on the same day and the order was enforced on Wix and Google on the same day. Due to this my website and domain are now inaccessible until the appeal is made.

​

Mr. Trevor Hinds (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) wants to prevent me from explaining to the patients and public regarding the  Wix campaign sent.         On behalf of the Cadence Pharmacy Team, I would like to extend our sincerest apologies. The recent incidents have caused inconvenience and confusion. The recent advisory that was sent out, was intended to correct misinformation and unacceptable business practices. The potential harm of this misinformation could have caused the spread of COVID-19, especially to the patients that were exposed. Please click here for the advisory sent on April 19, 2021.

 

        On April 20, 2021, In the effort of Mr. Trevor Hinds (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) to stop me from providing the facts of the incident. He filed another petition to the Supreme Court of British Columbia (Civil Courts) regarding the advisory that was sent out on April 19, 2021.         In compliance with the Court Order, the clinic and pharmacy website was transferred to Mr. Trevor Hinds (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) but the domain belongs to Cadence Pharmacy. I have attached to this letter a copy of my affidavit and an email that is titled "full disclosure about 1095980 B.C. LTD." it contains the questionable business practices of Mr. Trevor Hinds. 

 

       April 21, 2021, the entire Google Suites was suspended. It contains pieces of evidence of the recent alleged privacy breach. I have sent an inquiry to Google Canada and I am still waiting for a response. This suspension affects the emails sent to hello@cadencehealthcenter.com,  management@cadencehealthcenter.com, and jamesbulaclac@cadencehealthcenter.com. The Clinic and Clinic management is aware of this incident.

     April 27, 2021, the @cadencehealthcenter.com domain went down as the courts of BC issued an order to Google and Wix to transfer access to @cadencehealthcenter.com to Trevor Hinds without giving me a copy of the filed petition and the court order. Please see a copy of the email from Google and Wix confirming the court order.

        I was not notified that there was a petition filed and there was a court order issued to Wix and to Google Canada to give the GMAIL domain to Mr. Trevor Hinds.  Please see the response of google to my inquiry.

         After I discovered that Mr. Trevor Hinds (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre) has successfully taken over my domain. I sent an email to his lawyer and the registrar of the Supreme Courts of BC inquiring why I was notified of the court order for Wix and Google. Then Mr. Michael Peirce provided me with a copy.      Due to this incident with Mr. Trevor Hinds (Director of 1095980 B.C. LTD operating as Cadence Health Centre), Cadence Pharmacy is relocating to a new site in Spadina and the location and the site will be close to the public. The new site will be disclosed in the next few weeks. In the meantime, Our pharmacist will be working in Shuter Pharmacy to look after the patient files.
